No Call/No Show
All abandon appointments will result in 100% service fee of booked service(s). It is your responsibility to be fully aware of all appointment details when booking and receiving confirmation emails.

Cancellations
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may do so by clicking the "reschedule" option in your confirmation email. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. A fee of 50% of your booked service(s) will be applied for last minute cancellations and reschedules.

Late Arrival
Please contact me by phone if you're running late. There is a 10 minute grace period. More than 10 minutes late will be considered a late cancellation and automatically canceled.
San Jose-DownTown Willow Glen

Our new location is inside Luxe Beauty by Elisabeth Salon. We are accepting new clients by appointment only. We look forward to welcoming you in our new location and providing you beauty services in the Central Valley area!
